Digital Products

All products sold on this store are digital goods, including but not limited to license keys, activation codes, account credentials, and similar digital items. Products are delivered instantly and automatically after successful payment.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

No Refunds

By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product delivered immediately upon payment.
• Once a key, code, or credential has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete and irreversible.
• Refunds will not be issued for:
• • Dissatisfaction
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Purchasing the wrong product, platform, edition, or region
  • Platform or account incompatibility caused by buyer error

You also agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes except in cases of verified non-delivery caused solely by us.

Replacement Policy

We may issue a replacement only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product was provably invalid, previously used, or not delivered due to an error on our side.
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• You provide sufficient proof, including screenshots or recordings showing the exact error.
• The product has not been shared, exposed, or partially used.

Replacements will not be issued if:

• The key/code was entered incorrectly.
• The wrong product or region was purchased.
• The product was redeemed by another person after being shared.
• Redemption was delayed and the key expired or became unusable.
• Platform outages or external service errors prevented activation.
• Required proof is not provided.
• The request is made more than 24 hours after delivery.

We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not satisfy all conditions above.
